22nd Annual "STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL - CRAFT BAZAAR" at Jefferson Depot Village!
Saturday, JUNE 20 - 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, JUNE 21 - Noon to 5 p.m.
Set up in the unique surroundings of the restored 1872 L.S. & M.S. Railroad Station, the quaint 1848 "Church in the Wildwood," the 1918 Red Caboose, the 160 year-old One-room Schoolhouse, 1849 Circuit-Rider Pastor's Barn ( possible early Firehouse), 1800's General Store and 1888 Victorian House.
Festival features HAND-CRAFTED Treasures (CRAFT SHOW), displays and demonstrations by talented craftsmen, luscious Strawberry Shortcake plus Horse-drawn SURREY RIDES, entertainment, Quilt Show, Kid's Corner with a chocolate fountain covering strawberries, games,and food. "Porter's Fun Bunch" will entertain you Saturday at 4:00 pm followed by a Spaghetti Dinner from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. An Antique Car Show Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Toe-stomping Concert Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Tours of the historic 19th century buildings on both days as well as Quilting demonstrations. NEWS RELEASE: Special performances scheduled each year on the village Bandstand.
This is a JURIED show and requires a detailed description of items displayed. NO JURY FEE. No flea market or manufactured items.
BOOTH FEE $40.00 SETUP: Saturday - 8 to 11 a.m., Friday upon request.
Security Checks will be made periodically, day and night, but the sponsors cannot be responsible for anything lost or stolen. All proceeds Benefit Restoration Projects of Jefferson Depot, Inc., a non-profit restoration group.
